GHAFARZOY ABDUL SABOUR is working as Admin. and finance Officer, Technical Assistant with Saemaul Projects in the MInistry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD).

After study at PSPS, he returned Afghanistan and prepared Operational Manual for Saemaul Development Implementation.

With this experience, he was invited to the International Saemaul Development Conference 2017 in Korea hosted by Global Saemaul Development Network (GSDN) and Saemaul Research Center, Yeungnam University, and Cheongdo-gun County  Government to share his expertise in Saemaul Development in Afghanistan.
