The 2023 Saemaul International Forum was held at Saemaul Undong Theme Park in Gumi November 3rd to 4th, and our psps students had the opportunity to participate in this academic forum. The Forum was organized to share the achievements of the Saemaul Undong Globalization Project and to discuss ways to develop the Saemaul Undong under the theme of ‘Going Local, Saemaul Undong Wayforward’. 

  More than 450 people from home and abroad attended the event both online and offline. The attendees showed a lot of interest and support for the Saemaul Undong. The Forum was held in six sessions, and during session 4, titled "Sharing the Experiences of the Saemaul Undong" Four psps students participated in presentations and discussions. 

  After the Forum, PSPS students had an opportunity to visit a birthplace of President Park Chung Hee and his memorial hall to praise his virtue. It was meaningful opportunity academically, and through this chance students could understand and learn in-depth sight on the Saemaul Undong and its value.
