비자연장 안내 Visa Extension Information

1. 비자연장 대상자 : 2024년 3월 31일 이전 D-2 비자 만료 외국인 유학생

※ 비자연장은 비자만료 최소2주일 전까지 신청해야하며 법무부 체류관련 공식 홈페이지 하이코리아(hikorea)에서 온라인 연장신청

   (Application for Visa extension must be done at least 2 weeks before visa expiration. Apply for Visa extension online via hikorea(www.hikorea.go.kr).

※ 온라인 연장 신청이 불가능한 경우만 대학원 행정실로 방문 바람. 출입국외국인사무소 직접 방문은 지양 바람. 

   (Please visit the graduate school administration office only if online application is not possible. Please avoid visiting the immigration office first before contact the graduate school 

    office.)

■ 공통서류 Common Documents

   1. 통합신청서  Application form (www.hikorea.go.kr 또는 붙임파일 다운로드)

  2. 여권 Passport

  3. 외국인등록증 Foreign Resident Registration Card

  4. 체류지 입증서류 House Contract

      ※  계약자가 본인이 아닌 경우 :  거주/숙소제공확인서 제출 (붙임파일 attached file) 

           In the contract is not under the visa extension applicant, house owner have to confirm that he/she is

           providing the house to visa extension applicant.

  5. 재정입증서류(영남대학교는 2024년 인증대학으로 선정되어 평점학점 C학점(2.0)미만인 학생만 제출)

          Yeungnam University was selected as an accredited university in 2024, so only students with under GPA of C (2.0) need to submit.

     1) 은행잔고증명서 Bank Statement or Bankbook

     2) 등록금납입증명서 Certificate of Tuition Payment

         : 증명서발급기에서 발급가능 available from Certificate Issuance Machine

  6. 수수료 Fee (\60,000) /하이코리아 이용시 \50,000

     The fee for applying through Hi Korea is \50,000

■ 추가서류 Additional Documents

  ◎ 대학원 재학생

      1) 재학증명서 Certificate of Current Attendance

          - 증명서발급기에서 발급가능 available from Certificate Issuance Machine

           - 2024.03.01부터 발급 가능 (등록금 납부 이후 발급 가능)

      2) 성적증명서 Transcript

          : 증명서발급기에서 발급가능 available from Certificate Issuance Machine

      3) 장학금수혜증명서 Certificate of Scholarship

         : 대학원 행정실에서 발급가능 available at Graduate School Office

  ◎ 대학원 수료생

      1) 수료증명서 Certificate of Coursework

          - 증명서발급기에서 발급가능 available from Certificate Issuance Machine

      2) 연구생증명서 Certificate of Research Student

           - 연구생 등록 후 등록비 납부하면 증명서 발급기에서 발급가능

             Available from Certificate Issuance Machine if you apply for a Research Student and pay the fee.

              ※ 연구생 등록기간 Registration Period : 2024.03.04. ~ 03.06.

      3) 논문지도 일정에 대한 지도교수 확인서 Confirmation Form for Thesis Schedule 

            (www.hikorea.go.kr 또는 붙임파일 다운로드)

            - 유학생담당자 확인은 지도교수님의 확인을 받은 후에 대학원 행정실에서 받으세요.

              Confirmation of Administration is available from Graduate School after getting advisor's confirmation.

  ◎ 대학원 신입생 

     ※ 학부 졸업 후 석사 학위로 입학, 혹은 석사 졸업 후 박사 학위로 입학하는 경우 

           Bachelor graduation → Master admission / Master graduation → Ph.D. admission

      1) 졸업증명서 Certificate of Graduation

          - 증명서발급기에서 발급가능 available from Certificate Issuance Machine
