거주/숙소 제공 확인서 confirmation form for providing residence(attached #1)

a. 소속 대학교 기숙사에서 생활할 경우 : 거주/숙소제공확인서
    The students who live in dormitory : confirmation form (attached file)

    signed by dormitory office of Yeungnam University

b. 기숙사가 아닌 기타 곳에서생활 할 경우

    The student who live out dormitory

    1) 계약자 명과 외국인 명의 동일할 경우 : 임대차 계약서
         Only lease contract (in case that your name is identical to the name on lease contract)

    2) 타인 명의 계약서상 주소지에서 생활할 경우(지인, 친구등): 임대차계약서, 거주/숙소제공 확인서, 계약자의 신분증 사본 
        If your name is NOT identical to the name on lease contract, fill in the attached file

and submit it with the contract and a copy of the contractor’s ID card to Deagu immigration center
