The Class of 2022 students attended a special lecture by President Choi on 27 May 2022.

The lecture for the first-semester students was entitled “Towards a Safer and Happier World, Sharing Korea’s Saemaul Undong.”

In the lecture, the president explained how Korea, which received help from all over the world in the 1970s, overcame poverty through the Saemaul Undong. He then asked the students to obtain a good Saemaul education in PSPS and become Saemaul leaders who can lead their country's development after returning home.

The students who attended the lecture each received a Saemaul Ring Tie.

They also had an opportunity to strengthen the spirit of the Saemaul by singing the Saemaul songs together.
